· by · News

Roxio announced the immediate availability of Toast 9 Titanium on Monday. The new version of the CD and DVD disc burning application supports Blu-ray discs and streaming content over the Internet to other Macs, iPhones, and the iPod touch.

Version 9 also records high definition content from HD camcorders, TiVO and Elgatois EyeTV to Blu-ray discs; burns HD cideo and slideshows on standard DVD discs; captures Internet streaming audio; automatically tags captured music tracks with song title and artist information; and more.

Toast 9 Titanium is priced at US$99.99, and the High Definition/Blu-ray Disc plug-in for authoring Blu-ray video costs an additional $19.99. Users that purchase Toast 9 Titanium at the Roxio Web site through April 13, 2008 will get the High Definition/Blu-ray plug-in for free.
