TouchStrokes Updated With Auto Active Modifier Keys

· by Mike Washlesky · News

Niemeijer Consult has released an update for TouchStrokes, bringing it to version 1.5.6. TouchStrokes is a virtual keyboard app designed to negate the need for a physical keyboard. The update features auto active modifier keys and an operation fix. According to Niemeijer Consult:

Niemeijer Consult today announced TouchStrokes(r) 1.5.6.

TouchStrokes(r) is a fully-functional virtual keyboard for touch screens, server management and graphic tablet users.

The latest version of this advanced virtual on-screen keyboard offers an improved touch screen experience. Modifier keys (such as shift and option) are now immediately activated even before the mouse or finger is released. It also fixes a file permission issue that prevented operation from another account than the one the software was installed from.

You can find more information about the TouchStrokes update at the Niemeijer Consult Web site. The TouchStrokes update is free for current users, while the full version is available for US$95.00.
