Trans International announced the immediate availability of its 2GB, 3GB, and 4GB RAM upgrades for Appleis glossy display iMacs on Thursday. The memory kits include 667MHz DDR2 (PC2-5300) SO-DIMM chips, and are compatible with Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz, 2.4GHz, and 2.8GH iMacs.
The RAM upgrades are available as a 1GB module or 2GB module that supplements the 1GB of RAM the iMac ships with for US$46, and $109 respectively. A 4GB upgrade option with two 2GB RAM modules is also available for $214. All three kits are available at the Trans International Web site.
