DXoft has released an update for Get Info, bringing it to version 2.1.2. Get Info is a relational databases designed to let individual users track information about their computer configuration or store and organize useful information about all your computer products. The update includes performance enhancements and bug fixes. According to DXoft:
DXoft Get Info 2.1.2 is now available. Itis a free upgrade for Dxoft Get Info users and resolves several minor issues in the original 2.x releases.
DXoft Get Info is a collection of FileMaker Pro 5.x relational databases and comes with a runtime version of the FileMaker Pro 5.5 application.
It is designed to let individual users track quickly and easily several key information about their computer configuration.
Main changes in version 2.1.2 (12/1/2001):
- The program now includes a script to restore registration and contact information exported from Software & Hardware Tracker
- As long as your system is set to use the U.S. formats for numbers, date and time, the program shouldnit ask you which format youid like to use for data entry
- Released as a "Carbon" installer created with Mindvision iVISE 7.4, for three reasons: to prevent users from trying to use a read-only disk image as a read-write volume; to reduce the size of the release; because the installeris requirements are the same as the programis, so if one can run the former, one can also run the latter.
