Audible and Card Access announced today the retail availability of the Audible AdvisorTM, the Springboard module for the Handspring Visor that plays Audibleis ever-growing collection of downloadable audio editions of books, newspapers, magazines, radio shows and original programs.
With 16MB of storage capacity, the Audible Advisor is capable of storing and playing back more than 4.4 hours of Audibleis Internet-delivered audio. Audible Advisor is priced at $129.95 (MSRP). However, as an introductory special, the Audible Advisor will be priced at $49.95 with the customeris participation in Audibleis BasicListener flat-rate monthly membership plan for one year. BasicListener allows for the download of any audiobook from Audibleis collection of more than 3,500, as well as a subscription to one of the more than 25 audio versions of newspapers and magazines, radio programs and original programs for $12.95 each month.
The Audible Advisor, an ultra-small, battery-less Springboard module is the third in Card Accessi Wristband family of products.
