Washington MUG Meeting Slated For Saturday

The Washington Apple Pi MUG will be hosting a general meeting this Saturday morning. After the opening Q & A session, the general discussion topics will follow. Topics slated for discussion are several apps in the Apple family, including iChat and iDVD. According to The Washington Apple Pi:

The Washington Apple Pi (Macintosh Computer Useris Group) General Meeting will be held on May 18, 2002 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in the Forum (upstairs from the auditorium) at the Community and Cultural Center, Annandale Campus

Apple Computer seems to put an "i" in front of every new application. Join Washington Apple Pi for a review of them. We will look beyond the basic things each application can do to find interesting extras, explore the shareware and commercial applications that can be used to enhance them, show you where you can learn more about them and look at the future of the "i" apps. We will also note which ones require OS X and which ones will work under OS 9.

We will cover:

  • iTools
  • iDisk
  • iTunes
  • iMovie
  • iDVD
  • iPhoto
  • and the newly announced iChat

You can find more information about the upcoming MUG general meeting at the Washington Apple Pi Web site.
