Intelli Innovations has updated their text prompting software, PowerPrompter, to version 1.6. PowerPrompter allows users to be prompted for any type of line, and is especially useful for presentations and demonstrations. According to Intelli Innovations:

Intelli Innovations, Inc. has posted PowerPrompter 1.6, an update to itis powerful, inexpensive text prompting software for the Macintosh platform.

PowerPrompter prompts text automatically on a screen or projector for everything from presentations to media production to chorus rehearsals. PowerPrompter sports a powerful prompter scrolling engine, support for styles and background effects, full screen direction, multiple monitor and projector support, complete AppleScript compatibility, storyboards and prompter display sets, and remote control via AppleTalk, TCP/IP, and AirPort networks.

The 1.6 revision cuts required memory in half, and includes an improved installer to ease the installation process. 11 minor bugs were corrected.

You can find more information on PowerPrompter at the Intelli Innovations web site.
