WiebeTech announced the immediate availability of the mini USBDock on Tuesday. This new addition to the DriveDock series lets you temporarily connect a bare SATA hard drive to your Mac via USB 2.0 without requiring you to physically install the drive in your computer. It is compatible with SATA 1 and SATA 2 drives, includes an AC power adapter, LED status lights, drive power switch, and can transfer data at up to 480Mbps. The mini USBDock is priced at US$99.95.
