Yellow Lemon Software Releases Screen Sieve 1.0

· by · News

Yellow Lemon Software released Screen Sieve 1.0 on Tuesday. This is an application that allows users to search the contents of their currently active window all at once. Screen Sieve uses the Mac OS X built-in support for accessibility (Section 508 compliance) to highlight all visible occurrences of characters, words or phrases.

Sample uses include seaching for all occurences of text on a crowded Web page, the location of a file in a Finder window or variables/key words in a program.

Screen Sieve requires Mac OS X 10.4. It is free, but donations are accepted.
