Agile Web Solutions announced the immediate availability of 1Password for iPad on Friday. Like the Mac OS X and iPhone versions of 1Password, the iPad version lets users securely manage account passwords, Web site login information, and more.
The iPad app can also store credit card and bank account information, software licenses, notes, and other personal information, and it includes a built-in Web browser so users can securely login to Web sites with a finger tap. 1Password for the iPhone includes a strong password generator, and can synchronize with the Mac OS X version of the application over local Wi-Fi networks.
1Password for iPad is priced at US$6.99 and is available at Apple’s iTunes-based App Store. 1Password Pro includes iPhone and iPad-compatible versions for $14.99 and is a free upgrade for current 1Password Pro users.
