Aperture Update Improves Photo Stream, Import Support

Along with Safari and iPhoto updates, Apple released Aperture 3.4.4 on Tuesday. The update for the professional image management and editing application improved Photo Stream support, and addressed an import issue when using Nikon's P7700 camera.

The 3.4.4 update now properly scrolls invitation lists, and a bug that could cause Aperture to crash when uploading images to Photo Stream has been fixed. Images imported in Raw format from the Nikon P7700 now display properly in the Import Window, thumbnail images with version names longer than 250 characters display correctly, and a bug that caused multiple warning dialogs to appear for Web albums after your Mac wakes has been corrected, too.

Aperture is priced at US$79.99, and is available at Apple's Mac App Store. The update is a free download through OS X's Software Update feature.
