app4mac Intros Presto Abbreviation Expander

app4mac announced the immediate availability of Presto 1.0 on Monday. Presto is an application that automatically expands pre-defined text strings into full words or phrases.

Presto is based on the discontinued RapidoWrite application and lets users define their own text strings or abbreviations, inserts plain or formatted text, can attach abbreviations to specific applications, and more.

Presto 1.0 is priced at €9 (about US$12.14) and is available for download at the app4mac Web site.
