Apple updated OS X Mavericks to version 10.9.4 on Monday. The update addresses an issue with sleep and Wi-Fi, as well as more general (unspecified) sleep issues. The update also includes Safari 7.0.5, but Apple didn't include any update notes for that release.

The OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 Update is recommended for all mavericks users. It improved the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac.
This update:
- Fixes an issue that prevented some Macs from automatically connecting to known Wi-Fi networks
- Improves the reliability of wake from sleep
- Includes Safari 7.0.5
Apple has not yet added this release to its security site.
