A note on the Beats website stated,

Beats Music ends on November 30. Your subscription will be cancelled, but you can move your picks and preferences over to Apple Music.

The demise of Beats Music comes as no surprise. Apple bought Beats as the starting point for Apple Music. Once its own streaming music service was up and running, the need for Beats was gone.

An Apple Music subscription costs US$9.99 a month, or $14.99 a month for up to six people who are all on the same iCloud Family Sharing plan. You also get your first three months for free when signing up.

Beats Music users who haven't made the move to Apple Music yet will no doubt be disappointed to hear it's shutting down on the 30th, but they also had to know this day was coming. So long, Beats, and thanks for all the fish songs.
