Apple Posts 2010 Proxy Statement

Apple announced Tuesday that the company has posted its 2010 Proxy Statement on the company's investor page. The company posts its statement online in lieu of sending it to shareholders, though shareholders can request a hard copy through an online form.

The Proxy Statement is a form required by the SEC relating to annual shareholder votes.

Shares in AAPL traded lower Tuesday, closing at US$207.72, a loss of $2.39 (-1.14%), on strong volume of 21.2 million shares trading hands.
