Apple Releases 3rd Beta of iOS 4.3 & SDK to Developers

· by · News

Apple has released the third beta release of iOS 4.3 to developers, including a new beta of the software development kit (SDK). iOS 4.3b3 is now available on Apple’s Developer Connection Web site for registered iOS developers.

Apple’s release notes to developers are somewhat spare on the details of the new release, other than a few notes about error reporting and minor issues. There are no new major features announced, changed, scaled back, or otherwise changed, as best we can tell.

Already covered in earlier beta released are new third party streaming options for AirPlay, full screen iAd banners, and the ability for developers to get stats from HTTP live streaming from within their apps.
