Apple Releases iOS 4.3.5 with Security Patch

Apple released iOS 4.3.5, a security patch for the company’s iOS devices. According to the patch notes, the updates fixes “a security vulnerability with certificate validation,” but doesn’t specify any additional details. Apple has not yet updated its security site with a KnowledgeBase article for the update.

Products compatible with this software update:

  • iPhone 4 (GSM model)
  • iPhone 3GS
  • iPad 2
  • iPad
  • iPod touch (4th generation)
  • iPod touch (3rd generation)

You can update through iTunes in Mac and Windows.
