The Mac, iPhone and iPad maker is expected to show strong sales, just as it has in previous quarters, and analysts will be watching closely to see what Apple has to say about iPhone and iPad sales numbers.
Apple typically offers conservative guidance for upcoming quarters, and may do so again during this conference call. With component supplies potentially constrained thanks to the recent earthquakes and tsunami in Japan, most electronics manufacturers are expected to have difficulty obtaining parts in the quantities they want.
