Apple Sets Q1 Earnings Announcement for January 21st

Apple Inc. announced Monday that it would release its earnings results for its fiscal first quarter of 2009 on Wednesday, January 21st. The company will also host a live, streaming webcast of the event for investors (and anyone else), beginning at 2:00 PM PST.

The Mac Observer will be covering the earnings announcement and conference call in full.

Apple traded lower amidst a broader bear session early Monday afternoon, trading at US$87.86 per share, a loss of $2.72 (-3.00%), with light volume of 16.2 million shares trading hands.
