Apple Support Forums Get a Little Social

· by · News

Apple is in the process of revamping its online support discussion forums with new features such as user-customizable home pages, custom views, and new user profiles. The discussion forums are being renamed to Apple Support Communities adding a bit of a social networking feel.

Apple’s discussion forums have often been a place where users go to find answers to questions, check to see if other people are experiencing the same technical issues, share tips, and complain about products or features. The company is occasionally criticized for deleting forum threads it doesn’t like or approve of, too.

Users interested in checking out what Apple has in store for its updated discussion forums can check out the Apple Support Web site.
