Apple released iLife Support 9.0.4 Tuesday, an update that adds compatibility with Aperture 3, which Apple announced earlier on Tuesday. The update also improves performance in media Browser and iPhoto's slideshow feature.

Apple's brief update notes:

Provides system software resources that are shared by iLife and other applications. This update improves overall stability for the Media Browser and iPhoto slideshows. It also provides compatibility between Aperture 3 and the Media Browser.

The update is recommended for all users of iLife '09, iWork '09, and Aperture.

The update is a 69.9MB download for Snow Leopard users on an Intel Mac, and can be downloaded through Software Update.
