OWCis FasterMac.net dial-up ISP service has announced the addition of 24/7 phone support for subscribers. The support services are being offered toll-free, and OWC says that it is aimed specifically at Mac users. From OWC:

Additionally, the same toll-free number serves as a convenient way to register new accounts for the unlimited 56K v.90/v.92 dialup access and Web hosting services by telephone. New users with access to the Internet may also conveniently sign up online at www.fastermac.net, and new accounts are activated for immediate use within seconds of signing up regardless of the registration method used.
