Apparently an AT&T vice president told some company employees to “expect things to get really, really busy in the next 35-50 days, so prepare your teams accordingly” for the iPhone 5 launch.

Rumors had been circulating that the next iPhone would ship in September, but over the past few weeks, those reports have been shifting more to the October time frame. Apple isn’t, however, saying when the next iPhone really will ship, or what features it will include.
