Babylon Ltd. announced the release of a free upgrade to its translation software for Mac users on Monday. The new version ofBabylon for MAC now supports both online and offline dictionaries. The upgrade is free to users who purchased the previous version.
With the addition of offline dictionaries, users can now work with Babylon faster and without the need of an internet connection. Text translation is now available in 33 languages, compared with 17 inthe previous version. Users also gain access to over 1,400 free dictionaries and glossaries, including Wikipedia in 21 languages.
The upgrade can be downloaded at Babylon’s Site. Babylon 2008 Mac is available in a download version for US$89 or in a box for US$99.
