BBEdit 9.2 Adds LassoScript Support, More

Bare Bones Software announced the immediate availability of BBEdit 9.2 on Friday. The update for the code and text editing application added support for LassoScript source code, and improved Java and Python support.

The update also added shortcuts and searching commands to Projects, added a new file format that's more compatible with Subversion and Perforce, added color syntax support for all languages to the Scratchpad, browses inside Unix tar files, added a new Sleep feature that remembers the application state between launches, and more.

BBEdit 9.2 is priced at US$125 and is available for download at the BBEdit Web site. The update is free for version 9 users.
