Chuck La Tournous, The Mac Observer columnist and the man behind Randommaccess.com, will be hosting a session at Macworld Expo 2010 highlighting keyboard shortcuts to help improve your efficiency and reduce repetitive strain injuries. Look Ma, No Mouse! How to use keyboard shortcuts to work smarter, save time and reduce RSI (and look like a Power User while you’re at it) is scheduled for Saturday, February 13, at 10:30AM pacific time.

Chuck will show how to perform time-saving tasks without using your mouse or trackpad such as navigating the Finder, switching applications, working more efficiently with Safari and Mail, and more.

Macworld Expo runs from February 9 through February 13, 2009, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. For additional information about the Expo and events, visit the Macworld Expo Web site.
