Aquafadis announced the immediate availability of Comic Composer on Friday. Comic Composer is an Adobe InDesign plug-in that lets users create iPad, iPhone and iPod touch-compatible interactive comic apps without requiring any coding skills.

The plug-in supports camera and zoom movements, transition effects, and control over panel movement to guide readers through stories. The publications are exported in the AVE format for conversion into an an iOS-compatible app through AVE AppFactory.
Aquafadas also offers a Digital Publishing Portal that manages distribution of comics, tracks sales, and manages in-app comic purchases, too.
Comic Composer is free and available for download at the Aquafadas Web site. Publishing comics through the Digital Publishing Portal requires licensing fees based on sales.
