DiskLibrary Adds New Categories, Search Features

Obvious Matters announced the immediate availability of DiskLibrary 1.9.7 for the Mac on Monday. The update for the disk cataloging application added support for Movie DVDs and audio CDs, along with the ability to search for media types.

The update also added the ability to export catalog lists and tab-separated text files, and fixed several bugs.

DiskLibrary for the Mac

DiskLabel catalogs the contents of hard disks and other data storage devices, tracks file metadata, can catalog the contents of archives, supports smart folders and Quick Look, prints file catalog lists, and more. It can also import file catalogs from CDFinder, FileFinder, Disk Catalog Maker X, WhereIsIt and DiskTracker.

DiskLibrary 1.9.7 is priced at US$39 and is available for download at the Obvious Matters Web site.
