EA Publishes Original Monopoly for iPhone November 20th, 2009 at 6:47 PM - Games by Brad Cook EA Mobile on Friday published the original Monopoly for iPhone. The publisher previously released the Here & Now edition, but this one is the Monopoly most players have known for decades. Players shake their handheld to roll the dice and tap the screen to move their game pieces and manage properties. Three difficulty levels for included for single-player games against computer opponents, and up to four gamers can play via Wi-Fi or Pass ‘n’ Play, or two can go head-to-head over Bluetooth. House rules and the game environment can be customized. Monopoly sells for US$4.99 and requires iPhone OS 2.2.1, or version 3.0 to listen to music while playing.
