SAN FRANCISCO -- Ecamm Network demonstrated the BT-1, the world's first Bluetooth wireless webcam, at this week's Macworld Expo. Glen Aspeslagh, VP of Product Development, provided an overview of this nifty little device.

The BT-1 provides 640 x 480 H.264 video at a frame rate of 15 fps, and 48 kHz AAC stereo audio. It has a compact 2" x 2.5" x 5/8" form factor, and a standard tripod mounting screw. The built-in rechargeable battery will last up to five hours. The BT-1 can operate at a range of up to 300 feet from your Mac. It is compatible with iChat, Skype, and more.
