Evernote Gets Eye-Fi Support

The digital information service Evernote announced on Thursday that it has teamed up with with Eye-Fi to let users upload digital photos from their camera to their Evernote account.

The team up lets users take photos with their digital camera and then upload them to an Evernote account once their Eye-Fi card is connected to a Wi-Fi network with Internet access. Evernote will also index text in images so that it can be searched.

Evernote is free and includes a monthly 40MB data transfer limit, or for US$45 users get a 500MB a month upload limit. Eye-Fi SD camera cards are priced starting at $79.99.
