Apple released Final Cut Server 1.5.1 on Tuesday with fixes that improve overall stability and compatibility-related issues.

The update fixed a problem that caused slowdowns during the check-in and check-out process, corrected a problem with the status display in the Downloads & Uploads window, fixed an issue where locked assets weren't skipped in the archive process, improved reliability when adding and removing archive devices, and more.

The Final Cut Server 1.5.1 update is available via Software Update, and as a downloadable installer at the Apple Support Web site.
