Firefox 3.6 Boosts Performance, Adds HTML5 Support

Mozilla released Firefox 3.6 on Thursday, bringing improved performance along with HTML5 support to the cross platform Web browser.

Version 3.6 offers a 20 percent speed improvement over Firefox 3.5, faster launch times, better JavaScript performance,Web Open Font Format support, the ability to auto-detect plug-ins ready for updates, auto-form completion, the ability to change application skins without restarting the application, and more.

Firefox 3.6 is free and available for download at Mozilla's Firefox Web site.
