Flux Forge Releases Consumer Mac Audio Recorder

Flux Forge announced Monday the release of Kvlt Audio Recorder for the Mac, a digital audio recorder the company said is aimed at non-professional users. With it, users can record audio clips on their Mac, export them in several file formats (including iPhone ringtones) with an extremely easy-to-use interface.

MP3, M4A, AAC, AIFF, WAVE, and iPhone ringtones are all supported, and the software records at 44kHz/stereo/32bit. Kvlt Audio Recorder for Mac also allows for real-time spectra analysis.

The software is available on the Mac App Store now, and it is priced at US$4.99. The company said that this is an introductory price that will increase to $9.99 in the future.
