FoneSync Brings Android Syncing to the Mac

nova media announced the immediate availability of FoneSync for Android on Friday. The utility lets users sync Android OS-based smartphones and tablets with their Mac without requiring any Internet-based services.

FoneSync for Android sync Address Book contacts, iCal events, iPhoto albums and iTunes playlists.

The current version supports Google Nexus, Motorola, Samsung and Sony Ericsson smartphones and tablets. Support for additional Android devices will be coming soon.

FoneSync for Android is priced at €9.99 and requires Android OS 2.2 or higher and Mac OS X 10.6 or higher. It is available at the nova media Web site.
