GraphicConverter 8 Gets 64-bit Support, More

Lemke Software announced the immediate availability of GraphicConverter 8 over the weekend. The new version of the image editor and graphic file conversion application for the Mac added 64-bit support and can now open images larger than 16,000 x 16,000 pixels.

Version 8 also added EMF, EMZ and cpbitmap import support, added the ability to interpolate the EXIF date function, added rating filtering to the browser sort pop-up menu, added batch support for histogram equalization as well as highlights and shadows, changed the import resolution for WMF files, and more.

GraphicConverter 8 is priced at US$39.95 and is available at the Lemke Software website. The new version is free for version 7.x users.

Version 7 is available in the App Store, I suppose that they will also put version 8 up there.
