iFixit Shares MacBook Air Take Apart

· by · News

The Mac parts and upgrade company iFixit didnit waste any time tearing apart a brand new MacBook Air. If you are ready to disassemble yours, but still want to see what it looks like on the inside, check out iFixitis fully documented breakdown.

In Pieces: MacBook Air

The take apart shows exactly how each component fits in the Airis ultra-thin case, highlights the various chips the notebook hides, dives into the display assembly, and lists all the necessary tools for disassembly. Since the procedure will void your warranty, however, watching iFixit pull theirs apart is probably a better idea than cracking into yours.
