iGoogle: Google’s New Start Page

· by · News

The i name game Apple started with the iMac is pretty popular among hardware and software developers, and now Google has joined the party, too. Google has dubbed its personal user start page service iGoogle.

Google revamps its personal start page.

Just like other home page portals, iGoogle offers access to news, weather, movie listings and other information. Users can customize the Web portal to suit their needs and also add Google gadgets - widget-like applications that run within Web sites.

iGoogle is free and requires a Google user or Gmail account.
