iOrganize Maintenance Update Released

Bruno Blondeau has released an update for iOrganize, bringing it to version 4.4.5. iOrganize is an OS X notepad designed for storing small bits of info on the fly. The update features performance enhancements including improved time-stamping and bug fixes. According to Bruno Blondeau:

Bruno Blondeau has just released iOrganize 4.4.5, a new version of its popular notepad for MacOS X.

iOrganize is the perfect application to store all the notes, ideas, text extracts, Web links... you find while working daily, but without knowing exactly what to do with them.

This new version fixes some issues and improves the favorites drawer, time stamping, file links, appearance and performance.

WHATiS NEW:

  • iOrganize now remembers whether the Favorites drawer was open when quitting
  • Improved time-stamping command
  • A drag&drop of a picture file in a note inserts the picture
  • New preference option to choose whether the ruler should be visible at startup or not
  • Improved layout of the Preferences dialog
  • Improved note list appearance
  • Reduced application file size and improved performance
  • Fixed bug which prevented file links from being created properly when there was a space in their name
  • Fixed bug which prevented "Paste Ruler" and "Paste Font" commands from working
