iStopMotion 2 Adds New Audio Controls, More

Boinx Software released iStopMotion 2 for the iPad on Wednesday, adding new audio tools and controls to the stop motion animation app. The new version added the ability to record audio in the app and added new options for importing audio, too.

Version 2 supports importing audio from the iPad's music library, Dropbox and SoundCloud, importing audio through iTunes File Sharing, and importing from other audio apps such as Algoriddim's djay. It also includes a new wave form editor, a Navigator view for scrubbing through movie timelines and jumping to specific scenes, and more.

iStpoMotion 2 for the iPad is regularly priced at US$9.99, but is discounted to $4.99 through December 28. It's available through Apple's iTunes-based App Store and is a free upgrade for current iStopMotion users.
