nova media announced the immediate availability of an update for iSync plugins that added support for an addition 18 cell phone models, bringing the total number of supported phones up to 257. iSync plugins is an iSync add-on that adds Address Book and iCal syncing for cell phones that Apple doesn't officially support.
The update added support for new phones from Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung. The list of newly added phones includes:
- Motorola SLVR L72
- Nokia 5320 XpressMusic
- Sony Ericsson C710a, C710c, C903, C903a, C905a (T-Mobile Edition), T707, T707a, W508, W508a, W715 (MLC Edition), W995
- Samsung i7110 Pilot, SGH-A707, SGH-D980, SGH-F400, SGH-Z560
iSync plugins is priced at €9.95 or US$9.95, and requires Mac OS X 10.4.9 or higher and a compatible Bluetooth-enabled cell phone. It is available for download at the nova media Web site.
