John Martellaro Talks Java on Tech Night Owl

· by · TMO Appearances

TMO’s John Martellaro chatted at length with Gene Steinberg on the Tech Night Owl LIVE last week. John explained what the Java language is, a little bit of its history on the Mac, and what’s in store now that Apple has deprecated Java going forward.

John also talked about e-mail programs for the Mac, why they’re so bad, and why no real progress has been made in e-mail technology in a decade.

Now playing is the November 6, 2010 Edition that also includes a discusion with Ray Aguilera, editor with Mac|Life, who spoke about product evaluations.
