· by · News

Writer and director Kevin Smith has signed on to speak at Macworld Expo 2010. Mr. Smith, well known for award winning films such as Dogma and Clerks, will be hosting a special question and answer session to share his perspective on story telling, the film industry, and independent film making.

"Kevin's dynamic and informative style, commitment to his community of fans and creative use of Mac technology exemplify what Macworld is all about," commented Macworld general manager and vice president at IDG World Expo Paul Kent.

Apple technology has played an important role in many of the movies Mr. Smith has made. He'll be discussing how the Mac computers have been involved in his creative process and movie production, and he'll field questions from the audience on nearly any topic.

Mr. Smith's session is scheduled for Thursday, February 11 at 2PM pacific time.

Macworld Expo runs from February 9 through February 13, 2009, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. For additional information about the Expo and events, visit the Macworld Expo Web site.
