launch2net 1.6.11 Adds Huawei Modem Support

nova media released launch2net 1.6.11 on Tuesday. launch2net is an application that automates the process of setting up and using mobile phones to connect your Mac to the Internet. The updated version added support for the Huawei E272 USB modem and also included some minor bug fixes and stability improvements for several service providers.

launch2net is available at the nova media Web site, and a demo version is available so users can test cell phone compatibility before purchasing. It is priced at €75 (about US$102), and the update is free for version current users.
