Jolt Online Gaming announced Wednesday that Legends of Zork (LoZ) has been officially launched. LoZ is a browser-based MMO built on the text-based adventure game simply known as Zork. In LoZ, players can interact with the environment and the players around them in a graphical interface coupled with text.
The game puts the player in the role of a laid off salesman in a pseudo-fantasy setting. Being jobless, the salesman must go out in the world and make a living as an adventurer.
The game is free, and is ad supported within the browser. In-game currency (coconuts) can be purchased with real-world dollars, however, for those wanting a little external boost.
