MacForensicsLab 3.0 Goes 64-bit

MacForensicsLab announced the immediate availability of MacForensicsLab 3.0 on Friday. The new version of the computer analysis and forensic investigation application suite added 64-bit support, and the company claims up to 12x speed increases compared to previous versions.

Version 3 also sports a redesigned user interface, improved stability, includes a skin tone analyzer for location hidden pornography quicker, support for exporting and saving any file or folder from any window, and more.

MacForensicsLab 3.0 is priced at US$1,195 for law enforcement, or $1,495 for private industry use, and is available at the MacForensicsLab Web site.
