uncomplex announced the immediate availability of Mailplane 2.0 on Wednesday. The new version of the desktop application for Google's Gmail added support for Gmail 2 along with the ability to create OmniFocus tasks.
Version 2 also added new keyboard shortcuts, added a "Do not disturb" mode to notifications, improved attachment drag-and-drop support, and more.
Mailplane 2.0 is priced at US$24.95 and is available for download at the Mailplane Web site. The upgrade is free for version 1 users.
