RedleX announced the immediate availability of Mellel 2.6 on Tuesday. The update for the word processor application added support for Leopard's Quick Look feature, and added the ability to view multiple pages as spreads.
Version 2.6 also added the ability to directly save documents as PDF, improved Chinese, Japanese and Korean encodings, added automatic update support, intelligently matches document styles, and more.
Mellel 2.6 is priced at US$49 as a download, or $64 as a boxed edition. The update if free for users that purchased the application after December 2006.
