metaobjects Updates PdfCompress With Expanded Data Editing

metaobject has released an update for PdfCompress, bringing it to version 4.3. PdfCompress is a compression tool designed for compressing PDF files beyond standard sizes. The update features left-over data editing for improved file compression. According to metaobjects:

metaobject announces the immediate availability of version 4.3 of the popular PDF compression tool for Mac OS X.

Version 4.3 of PdfCompress now also tackles edit-data left in PDF files by applications such as Adobe Photoshop. Removing this data can make files up to 10 times smaller.

You can find more information about the PdfCompress update at the metaobjects Web site. PdfCompress 4.3 is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$25.00.
