Motion Update Improves Animation Keyframing, More

Along with Final Cut Pro X 10.0.3, Apple released Motion 5.0.2 on Tuesday. The update for the video animation, transition and titling application added the ability to automatically add animation keyframes when recording is disabled.

Version 5.0.2 also improved the layout for the keyframe editor, added keyboard shortcuts for repositioning animation paths and curves, added finer control over pan and scale for images in a drop zone, and added stability and performance improvements.

Motion 5.0.2 is priced at US$49.99 and is available at Apple’s Mac App Store. The update is free for version 5 users.
